Ashwagandha root, also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng, improves the body’s resistance to stress. It has been used for centuries in India.
DIRECTIONS
Adults: 10ml twice daily

Aqueous Herbal Extract (37%) from: Lemon Balm Leaf, Lavender Flower, Peppermint Leaf, Passionflower Herb, Rosemary Leaf.
Mixture of Fruit Juice Concentrates (30%): Pear, Pineapple, Orange, Passionfruit, Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavours, Apple Extract.
Water, Mango Puree, Guava Puree, Ashwagandha Root Extract, L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Thickener: Locust Bean Gum; Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), Natural Flavour.
